Family and household

Pepper is built for households. If you are having trouble inviting a family member, or joining a household you have been invited to, get in touch and we will help you get connected.

Subscriptions and purchases

If you subscribed to Pepper through the App Store, you can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple Account settings.

If Pepper does not recognise your subscription, open the app and tap Restore Purchase. If that does not sort it out, email us and we will help.

Privacy, your account and your data

If you have a question about your privacy, would like to delete your account, or want your data removed, please contact us at hello@withpepper.au and we will take care of it. You can also read the full Privacy Policy.
